We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain items. International shipping may be available in the future.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on the carrier's website or through your mirslim account.
If you experience any delivery issues:
Certain food items may require expedited shipping to maintain freshness. These items will be clearly marked and may have shipping restrictions.
Items such as large pet beds or furniture may require special handling and additional shipping time. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
We use address verification to ensure accurate delivery. If there's an issue with your address, we'll contact you before shipping. Undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.
